What should I do if the product is not working?

1 Please check if the househole electrical circuit is properly supplied. There should be three wires on the ceilling:back-live, white-neutral, and ground.

2 Check weather the lamp wire or motor wire is connected tightly, you can reconnect the terminals and check if there is any exposed wiring.

3 If you are using a dimmer speed control switch, please replace it to a normal one.

4 Check if the remote control indicator light is on.

5 If the above checks do not restore the fan, please contact the after-sales service email for assistance as soon as possible.
