What should i do if the product is not working?
1.Please check if the household electrical circuit is properly supplied. There should be three wires on the ceiling: black (live), white (neutral), and ground.
2.Check whether the lamp wire/motor wire connection is tight. You can reconnect the terminals and check if there is any exposed wiring.
3.If you are using a dimmer/speed control switch, please replace it to a normal one.
4.Check if the remote control indicator light is on normally.
5.If the above checks do not restore the fan to normal operation, please contact the after-sales service email for assistance as soon as possible.
